Baked Tortalini with Reggiano

  • 2 pkgs. San Michelle Pasta (A sale item this week, I used the Tortalini filled with Asparagus)
  • 1 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 Cup fresh grated Reggiano Parmesan
  • 3 tbs Fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Cook Tortalini in boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes, drain, and keep warm. Melt butter in the oven in a 9x13 baking dish. Add Cooked Tortalini, 1/2 the Reggiano, and parsley into the dish. Mix well and season. Top with the remaining Reggiano and bake for 15 minutes. If top is not browned, place under broiler until golden. Serves 2 as a main course, or 4 as a side.
