- 1 cup rice
- 4 ounces ground lamb or beef
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg About
- 1/2 teaspoon salt Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth and tie securely.
