Chocolate Fondue

• 8oz semisweet baking chocolate
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp Grand Mariner or Bailey's Irish Cream
• 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Break chocolate into small pieces, place in fondue pot and pour in the remaining ingredients. Place over a moderate heat and cook, stirring until thoroughly blended. Be careful that the heat is not to high, or it is left unattended, or not stirred, as the fondue will burn!! Transfer the fondue pot to a low flame lit burner and serve with strawberries, bananas, cookies, orange segments, etc. This recipe serves 6-8, but on Valentine's Day, 6-8 seems like a crowd!!!
