Sweet Onion Salsa

4 cups fresh diced tomatoes
1 cup diced sweet onions
2 Jalapino peppers, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped (you can substitute fresh parsley, the flavor will be different)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients, let stand for 30 minutes. It's really that easy!!!!
