- 2 1/2 lbs stew meat
- 2 1/2 lbs pork meat
- 1 1/2 jars tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs. Portuguese Allspice
- 1 tbs. Crisco
- 2 lg. onions
- salt and pepper
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tbs. Crushed Hot Pepper Sauce
Instructions
Mix together and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours until meat is tender and all liquid is absorbed. May be as long as 5 hours.
