Carpaccio Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsps Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp whole milk
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
Whisk together, in a bowl, the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk in enough milk to make a thin sauce, just enough to coat the back of a spoon. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper, more Worcestershire sauce, and/or lemon juice. Serve this with a SLIGHTLY chilled (about 60-65 degrees) Merlot or Zinfandel.
