Apple Crisp
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sifted flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions
In a 1 1/2 qt baking dish, place pared apples in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together other ingredients to form a topping. Sprinkle on apples and bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender. Enjoy.
