Maple Beer
- 2 cups dark rum
- 1 pint dark heavy maple syrup
- 1 gallon spring water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup tea
- 1 pkg. yeast
Instructions
Add rum to water and stir. Mix in lemon juice, tea, and yeast. Pour into a large crock or container with a loose fitting lid for 3 days. Strain, bottle and refrigerate. (This stuff makes warm Guinness Stout taste great!!)
