Meat Loaf
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- ? small onion very finely chopped
- pinch of black pepper
- ? cup River Run BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients except ? cup of BBQ sauce in a large bowl. After it is mixed well, remove from the bowl and form it into a loaf. Put it on a baking pan and pour the remaining BBQ Sauce over the top. Place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until it is crispy on the outside.
