Garlic Mash Potatoes
- Four medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons River Run Garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons half & half
- salt (to taste)
- pinch black pepper
- pinch white pepper
Instructions
Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them until they are tender, then mash. I use a ricer to mash, but any method is fine. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
