Garlic Sauce Chicken and Rice

• 2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
• 2 stalks celery (chopped)
• 1 red or green pepper (julienne)
• 1/2 medium Spanish onion
• salt and pepper
• 1cup River Run Garlic Sauce
• 1 cup uncooked rice

Instructions

Salt and pepper the chicken, then brown chicken with a small amount of oil in a cast iron pan or a sauté pan. Add the peppers, onion and celery and the Garlic Sauce. Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender. In the meanwhile cook the rice. Serve the chicken over the rice and enjoy.
