Cannelini Beans with Roasted Garlic and Dried Sausage

• 1 18 oz can of white cannelini beans, drained and rinsed well
• 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1/8 cup of your favorite dried sausage, sliced matchstick size
• Chopped fresh parsley Olive oil Extra Virgin
• Olive Oil
• Salt
• fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Simple, simple, simple. Heat olive oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and dried sausage, and sauté until garlic just starts to turn brown. Add beans and quickly toss to heat through. Place on a serving platter and drizzle some extra virgin oil, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
