Crispy Fried Catfish Fingers with Remoulade Sauce

  • 1 8oz Catfish Fillet per person
  • Flour
  • Eggs, cracked, and seasoned with a touch of salt and garlic powder
  • Bread crumbs
  • Fresh lemon wedges
  • Oil

Instructions

Slice the Catfish Fillets into strips about the size of your finger. Dredge them in seasoned flour, then into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs. This is the basic breading procedure we have talked about in the past. Wet, dry, wet, dry. This process ensures that the ingredients adhere to each other. Don't forget to keep one hand wet and the other dry!! Fry the Catfish strips in hot oil until golden brown, season with salt, and serve with fresh lemon wedges and the Remoulade sauce. I guarantee that they will be coming back for seconds.
