Shrimp and Garlic Sauté
- 5 tbs Olive Oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lb 21/25 ct shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika for about 1 minute until fragrant (love that smell!!). Add shrimp and sauté for approx. 1 minute. Turn shrimp over and add the fresh lemon juice and sherry. Cook for approx. 1 minute longer or until shrimp is cooked through. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a platter surrounded by grilled Italian bread.
