Classic Ballpark Style Mustard
- 3/4 c. ground yellow mustard
- 1 TBSP ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves (NO MORE than that!)
- 1/2 c. apple vinegar 1/4 c. water*
- 1 tsp salt
*omit water & use 3/4 c. vinegar for a milder mustard
Instructions
Simply whisk together and pour into a jar. Should be consistency of heavy cream, and will thicken while aging. Age at least two weeks.
