Spicy Dijon Lamb Chops

8 loin lamb chops Marinade:

• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• salt to taste

Instructions

Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place chops in bowl, coat and cover, and let marinate at least 6-8 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill over medium high heat, 5-6 minutes per side for medium, brushing with marinade as you grill.
