Kobe Beef and Tom’s Sausage Sliders will be prepared on flat top grills for an interactive experience your guests will truly love. Perfect for a Sunday brunch!! Truly a work of art. This station will have as a focal point an elevated chilled granite slab as the serving point for the smoked salmon. Assorted Bagels, Plain and Chive Cream Cheese, Traditional Garnishes, Sliced and Whole Fresh Fruit, and Seasonal Berries round out this artistic display. -
Brushetta Station
Also similar to the pasta station concept, this interactive station allows your guests to create their own Tuscan style brushetta. Thick grilled slices of Italian bread are topped with a wonderfully sautéed mixture chosen by your guests. Selections include: Sautéed escarole, sun dried tomatoes, ripe olives, scallions, mushrooms, white beans, diced ham, plum tomatoes, red and yellow roasted peppers, garlic, fresh grated parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and diced red onion. -
Carving Table
Selections from our market’s butcher shop are expertly carved to your guests’ specifications. Accenting the white linen draped tables will be a floral landscape, votive candles, and a spray of fresh wax flowers in a glass vase. Your guests will have an opportunity to make a quick sandwich with our assorted condiments and fresh baked rolls, or choose to have a light dinner and enjoy your choice of accompanying sides. Selections may include: Roasted Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Sliced Sirloin Strip, Top Round of Roast Beef, Rubbed Spicy Pork Loin, “Pitt Style” Ham, Grilled Leg of Lamb, or Oven Roasted Breast of Turkey. Charcuterie Station
Various pate’s and terrines are displayed on large wood boards for your guests to enjoy with crackers and fresh sliced French bread. Accompanying this display would be baked brie, imported and domestic cheeses, and dried sausages and salamis. Throughout the table will be platters, bowls, and ramekins of mustards, olives, French cornichons, capers, plum tomato crostini, and other traditional garnishes. Presented at varying heights with seasonal accents, votive candles, and a fresh floral landscape. -

Imagine having guacamole prepared to order!! Our guacamole chef will combine your favorite ingredients to make a truly custom experience. Fresh avocado, Pico d’ gallo, onions, chilies, tomatillos, fresh lime juice, sour cream, assorted hot sauce, and onions are prepared station-side according to your guests specifications. This Mexican buffet will surely be the hit of the evening. Your guests will have the opportunity to custom craft a number of Mexican specialties. From Fajitas to Taco to Burritos to Nachos, they’ll be hard pressed to try to find something they don’t like!! Displayed on a linen draped table with South-of-the-Border accents including fresh flowers and ferns. Selections include: Seasoned Taco Meat, Chicken Fajita, Spanish Rice and Beans, Taco Shells, Tri-Colored Tortilla Chips, Soft Corn Tortillas, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Salsa, Sliced Black Olives and Jalapeño Peppers, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Red Onion, Diced Fresh Tomato, and Shredded Jack Cheese. -

This stationary display will be presented on a linen draped table with themed accents, votive candles, seasonal greens and flowers. Elements incorporated into the table include: Guacamole, Sour Cream, Sliced Olives, Salsa, Diced Red Onion, Sliced Jalapeño, Jack Cheese, and Tri Colored Tortilla Chips. -
Pasta Station
Perhaps the most interactive and “fun” station of the evening, your guests will have an opportunity to create there own “signature” pasta and have it expertly prepared by our encouraging and entertaining pasta chefs. This well appointed table will be draped in white linen and garnished with a fresh floral landscape, water vase centerpiece and votive candles. Your choice of 2 pastas, sundried tomatoes, capers, artichoke hearts, sliced olives, garlic, diced red onion, red and yellow roasted peppers, straw mushrooms, grated Romano cheese, fresh herbs, anchovies, “secret spice”, white wine, pesto, cream, and fresh basil Marinara. Gulf shrimp, diced ham, and grilled chicken may be added to this station. -
Quesadilla Station
Floured tortillas are prepared “tableside” by our staff. Although your guests do not have a choice of fillings, you can select a myriad of combinations to be served. The quesadillas are made and sliced into triangles on a wood cutting board, offering your guests both the theater of a station and the convenience of a stationary display. In addition to the standard fillings of cheese, grilled vegetables, and grilled chicken, requests for unusual combinations include: Shredded duck, goat cheese and cranberry jam; proscuitto, provolone, and fig compote; refried beans, pulled pork, jack cheese and spicy salsa; rosemary ham, brie cheese and roasted peppers; curried lamb, apple chutney and aged cheddar. -
Salad Station
The salad station will consist of a banquet table draped with white tablecloths and have a floral landscape. A chilled granite slab will be the base of a free form tossed salad. Accompanying garnishes of Grape Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Olives, Cucumbers, Sliced onion, Seasonal Vegetables, and a variety of dressings will be served from glass bowls. -

A new and exciting way to serve hors d’ oeuvres!! Who says martinis need to be a cocktail!! All will be served in miniature glasses with petite forks, and prepared with flair and style before your guests!! This beautifully set “Tuscan Table” will be the centerpiece of the afternoon’s events. Your guests will have an opportunity to enjoy the flavors of Italian antipasto “Trattoria” style, selecting from items typically served on the grand piazzas of Italy. Prepared in the traditional style with recipes from the ancient towns of Citta Di Castello, Assisi, Arezzo, Citterna, Perugia, Gubbio, Fiorenza, and Rome, these classic antipasti will delight both the novice and the seasoned traveler. This dramatic display will be presented at varying levels and heights with fern/fica trees and a fresh floral landscape reminiscent of the Tuscan hills in the spring time. You will be transported back to Northern Italy with this unique interactive station that will be the hit of the evening. Creamy Risotto will be prepared by our chefs with your custom ingredients right before your eyes!! Selections include roasted asparagus, sundried tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, roasted onions, grilled sweet potatoes, julienne of summer vegetables, grilled chicken, and fresh shrimp. A trio of cheeses will round out the table that will be accented with an ancient wine press and Tuscan treasures. -

Presented on a round table, with classic sea side accents, your guests will enjoy a taste of the Rhode Island Water’s. Make Your Own Chowder Station
The reflection of the water from the bay will be the backdrop of this well-appointed station. Accented with a shore theme design, your guests will have the opportunity to create their own chowder masterpiece from a plethora of ingredients that include fresh clam broth, minced clams, shrimp, scallops, bacon, corn, potatoes, onions, fresh herbs, marinara, and cream. -
Sliders and Hot Dog Station
This well-appointed interactive station will give your guests the opportunity to create their own custom sliders or Nathan’s Jumbo Dog. Whether they like theirs all the way or with just with ketchup and mustard. Your guests will be transported straight to Thailand with this interactive station. Guests will get the opportunity to create their own Pad Thai wok fried in front of their very eyes by one of our talented Chefs. Selections include; Traditional Soaked Rice Noodles, Cubed Tofu, Miniature Shrimp, Grilled Chicken, Hard Boiled Egg, Shallots, Roasted Peanuts, Garlic, Red Chili Peppers, Cilantro, Spring Peas, Bean Sprouts, Scallions and Fresh Lime. Topped with their choice of Traditional Fish Sauce or Spicy Sriracha. Artfully displayed with Asian accents and fresh orchids. -
Cannoli Station
Holy Cannoli! This well-appointed station accented with votive candles and fresh flowers will serve as the perfect night cap for the evening. Your guests will have the opportunity to create their own signature cannoli, expertly hand piped by one of our chefs. Guests will get their choice of 3 crème fillings which include almond, mocha, and mascarpone. Toppings include: miniature chocolate chips, heath bar pieces, crushed pistachio, rainbow jimmies, Oreo crumbles, crushed graham cracker and toasted coconut. Don’t forget to add the finishing touch with your choice of powder sugar, coco powder, chocolate, caramel, or strawberry drizzle. -
Oriental Take-Out Station
Your guests will have the opportunity to create their own “take out” meal. Presented on a linen draped table with seasonal accents. As the base for their very own customized take out box guests will get their choice of Vegetable Fried Rice or Vegetable Lo Mein. Pick your combination, pick 3 of the following appetizers; Chicken or Beef Sate, Crab Rangoons, Vegetable Eggrolls, Chicken, Edamame, or Pork Pot Stickers, and Coconut Shrimp. All served with a trio of Asian style sauces placed in your very own take out box garnished with fresh Chopped Chives and Sesame Seeds. And don’t forget the chopsticks or your fortune cookie.
