Stir-fry Sauce
- ? cup soy sauce
- ? tablespoon sesame oil
- ? tablespoon cooking sake (optional)
- ? - 1 tablespoon River Run Hot Sauce
- 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat up a frying pan and put the sauce in it. Bring the sauce to a boil and then simmer it for 30 seconds. This is a great sauce to finish off a stir-fry with. It is also a great dipping sauce for dumplings.
